We want you to love your Business & Pleasure Co. pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and personalized goods, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
